2025年2月25日，中国奥莱会与新华报业传媒集团扬子晚报共同举办新闻发布会。会上，新华日报社副总编辑、扬子晚报总编辑刘大颖宣布，由双方联合主办的第12届奥莱领秀峰会将于2025年5月24日至25日隆重举行。
第12届奥莱领秀峰会旨在致敬中国奥莱25周年，除夯实中国奥莱健康发展的平台基础，聚焦中国创新奥莱的培育与建设，举办中国奥莱25周年颁奖盛典及中国奥特莱斯绿色媒体联盟评定奖项，更将携手南京国际时尚周，隆重打造首届中国奥特莱斯时尚节，破圈打造全新消费场景和模式。活动引发全国主流媒体高度关注并参与报道。
